Lady called me today about renewing the warranty on my washing machine. She did say she was calling from "service home insurance". While on the call i'd googled it and of course the company doesn't exist. When i asked about their website so i can review their policies, she said she wasn't at liberty to give me this info! She hung up very shortly after. I suspect a fraudulent call or phishing for card details. The call wasn't annoying as such but was a cold call and potentially fraudulent, hence the high scoring.
