Called me saying he was from BT OpenReach and there was an issue with my IP address, apparently my internet had switched to "public" mode and a lot of people were using it. Started instructing me on how to open my IP address page - which I already knew how to do. Everything of course looked normal so I questioned him. He insisted it was wrong and insisted I needed to "open google". At that point I said I had to go and hung up.
