Male with thick Indo-European accent answered my Google Voice screening prompt ("Please state your name after the tone....") with my own name. Shows up in the call log as +44 20 8004 0098. Someone mentioned in a comment here that the company claims to be "The Register." I've blocked so many of their numbers - all US until now - that I don't even remember which ones or how many. Truly scumbag company, though, so I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if this call was indeed them again.
