Had a couple of missed calls from this number over the last 2 weeks and then took their call yesterday, within an hour I had received the docs from them and was pricing a dry lining package for McAvoy Group, who I had never worked for before but the QS rates them. Rented a house, landlord used homelet to check references etc.. since then have had nonstop calls from them 2,3,4 times a day, leaving voicemails also. Depsite messaging the number to 'stop receiving messages'.. have now blocked the number

Massive construction resource centre used by a number of Estimators and QS’s that I work for already. They don’t deal with any domestic work, all commercial construction. Started to get a few calls from them since start of the year as they’ve merged with a larger company and now all work comes through an on-line platform and a mobile app. If you want to price work with contractors you don’t currently work for, take the call.
