Number called me today saying could they speak to my mum and they were from BT. Well if they had been from the genuine BT they would have known that my mum had died 5 years ago and the phone bill had been changed to my name. I just said that she was unavailable to take the call for the foreseeable future as she was dead and they hanged up the phone.
